Visual Depictions

In “Visual Depictions” I seek out expressions and situations in found photographs. I know nothing of who the people are in the studio portrait photographs outside of possibly a name and phone number.  Using only what characteristics I can see in this portrait I overlay my own photograph to create a narrative and connection to the person in the photograph.  A family or couple have a shared history and I incorporate a shared texture or pattern into their images.
